Michael Douglas claims he never understood women until he had a daughter. The actor has two children with wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, Dylan, six, and three-year-old Cerys, and insists his relationship with his little girl has helped him gain an insight into the female mind. Douglas, 61, told Night and Day magazine: "Having a little girl is incredible. I tell you it's an insight. I think guys who have sisters have a big advantage, understanding the female psyche." Meanwhile, Douglas has told his wife that two children is enough. The 36-year-old actress has made no secret of her desire to have a big family but Douglas is content with their son and daughter. He said: "I think Catherine is resigned to that fact now. She's gone back and forth on the subject, but when she gets back into work, I think she realises two's enough and I say to her, 'Just think of your stepson as your third child.'" Douglas, 61, also has a 27-year-old son, Cameron, from his first marriage to Diandra Luker.
