Michael Jackson has asked his parents to raise his three children if he is jailed on sex abuse charges. The eccentric singer - who faces 21 years in prison if found guilty of sexually molesting a 12-year-old boy - has reportedly made arrangements for Prince Michael, eight, Paris, seven and two-year-old Prince Michael II to live with his elderly mum and dad in California. The house is Jackson's childhood home where he allegedly suffered physical and verbal abuse under his father, Joe Jackson. Despite the star's reported unhappy relationship with his father, Joe has been at his son's side in court throughout the trial. However, Jackson's ex-wife and mother of his two eldest children, Debbie Rowe, is so unhappy with the decision she is fighting for custody. Rowe signed away her parental rights in 2001, telling a judge: "I had the children for him to be a father, not for me to be a mother." But she launched a legal battle to retract the ruling after hearing Jackson was charged with child abuse and his parents were to be her children's guardians.
Meanwhile, the singer's trial last week heard its most shocking evidence yet.
A former bodyguard claimed he saw Jackson having oral sex with a young boy in 1993.
Ralph Chacon said the star took a shower with Jordan Chandler, then 10, - before kissing him, sucking his nipples and then performing the sex act.
He claimed he looked through an open window, as he patrolled on the night shift at the star's Neverland home, after becoming worried Jackson and Jordan had been in the bathroom together for too long.
Jackson denies all charges against him.
