Nip/Tuck beauty Kelly Carlson has laughed off reports she is dating Carmen Electra's ex Dave Navarro. Carlson has been romantically linked to The Panic Channel Rocker - but she claims their relationship is strictly platonic.She says, "No, we're just friends!"Navarro spilt with Electra in 2006.
