The 22-year-old singer adores her own fragrance, ARI by Ariana Grande, and always has a bottle nearby to freshen up while she's on stage.
She said:" I am such a fragrance girl.
"I spray my perfume before I perform and keep it in my quick-change booth just in case.
"Because if I put enough on, when I'm sweating, my sweat will smell of my fragrance, haha."
The 'Bang Bang' hitmaker likes to do her own make-up, but admits she isn't always very good at it.
She said: "I do my cat eye horribly every day, but I'm getting better.
"I learned from my mom, who does her whole face of make-up in the car.
"It's all about practice - some days, the cat eye looks amazing and some day I'm like, 'Wow, I need to work on this.
"Even when I get my make-up done professionally, I always like to do my liner because it's fun and feels good."
Ariana was offered help in managing her social media accounts but refused as she prefers to be hands-on with her fans.
She told Britain's Glamour magazine: "I've been asked if I want help running my accounts and I said, 'No, I really don't.'
"I love talking to fans, and honest feedback - I know some by name and recognise them at meet-and-greets. I don't want to fake that."
