The 53-year-old actress says that spending time away from her phone can be "difficult", but insists she "feels good" about not being attached to the device, as she says she doesn't feel the need to answer her emails "within seconds".

She said: "It's difficult, but I don't worry about it. I mean, yes, emails are crashing in. But, I'm feeling good about not answering people within seconds. Business was pretty good before we did that, so I think it's just about understanding that we don't need an instant answer from someone."

It isn't just technology detoxes the 'Austin Powers' actress uses to clear her mind either, as she admitted she loves to take a "long hot soak" in her bath tub "almost every day" as a way of taking care of herself.

She added to People magazine: "So often, we women put our needs at the bottom of the list. But it's really important for us to understand that if we're going to be caretakers, we have to take care of ourselves.

"Almost every day I have a long, hot soak. That's my time. My mother did the same. She used to call it her think tank."

The 'Bedazzled' star - who has 16-year-old son Damian - recently said she'd cut coffee out of her diet in an attempt to live a more healthy lifestyle.

She said: "When you're younger, it's all about beauty. As you get older, it's all about your health. I've been trying to exercise more and eat healthier. I've even given up coffee."

The model-and-actress has dished out her beauty secrets in the past, and last year she insisted a "positive" mindset was an important part of looking and feeling young.

She advised: "You have to try to stay positive. We all get terrible knocks in life, all of us.

"Some people have terrible things they have to deal with. You see some people and they just manage to keep their attitude positive. They rise above stuff. Some people get angry.

"Sometimes I think to glow, you have to let go of a lot of stuff and move on. Be as nice as you can to everyone."
