The model - the son of supermodel Stephanie Seymour and businessman Peter Brant - passed away on Sunday (17.01.21) from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs, his family have said.

They told the New York Times newspaper: "We will forever be saddened that his life was cut short by this devastating disease.

"He achieved a lot in his 24 years, but we will never get the chance to see how much more Harry could have done.

"Harry was not just our son.

"He was also a wonderful brother, loving grandson, favourite uncle and a caring friend.

"He was a creative, loving and powerful soul that brought light into so many people’s hearts.

"He was truly a beautiful person inside and out."

Harry appeared in Balmain and Italian Vogue campaigns and had previously released a unisex MAC makeup line.

He was also a teenage columnist for Interview magazine, which was owned by Peter.

Harry returned to the publication recently to interview fashion designer Marc Jacobs, and in the piece the pair discussed the topic of men wearing make-up.

In the article, Harry said: "To me, wearing makeup is almost like a sense of armour that can be wielded whichever way I want, as a completely transformative form of self-expression."

'Fifty Shades Darker' actress Robinne Lee was "in utter shock" when she heard about Harry's death.

She wrote on Twitter: "I am in utter shock. Harry is the 2nd muse from my current manuscript who has died in the past 7 months. I feel sick. Going to take a break. From everything. (sic)"

Perez Hilton sent his well wishes to Harry's family, tweeting: "#HarryBrant died of an accidental overdose of prescription pills, his family said. Sending light and strength to #StephanieSeymour and all of his loved ones. (sic)"
