The 37-year-old actress announced she was ending her nine-year marriage to Channing - with whom she has four-year-old daughter Everly - last month, but has said that she's doing okay in the wake of their separation.

She said: "I'm good, I'm really good. I so appreciate all the love and everything."

Since splitting with Channing, also 37, the 'World of Dance' judge has been focusing her efforts on her young daughter, and with the US version of Mother's Day (13.05.18) - which is celebrated in the UK in March - right around the corner, she's looking to spend some quality time with her tot as a "family".

Speaking to 'Entertainment Tonight' at an FYC event for 'World of Dance', she said: "I always want Mother's Day to be like family. I want to do something together, I want to be with Evie. Just have a really nice day and then the next day I want to go to the spa. That's what I want. I want the balance. I want the mommy time and then I want the me time. So that's my plan."

The 'Witches of East End' star's desire for "family" time comes after it was previously reported she is still spending time with Channing in the wake of their split.

A source said: "Jenna is still on good terms with Channing. They get along. They spend some time together as a family, but mostly separately with Everly."

The former couple took to their Instagram accounts in April to share a joint statement in which they announced their plans to separate.

The statement read: "We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now. There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision - just two best friends realizing it's time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly. We won't be commenting beyond this, and we thank you all in advance for respecting our family's privacy. Sending lots of love to everyone, Chan&Jenna (sic)"
