The 25-year-old star of the science fiction action franchise confessed that she and 23-year-old Josh - who plays her love interest Peeta Mellark - bickered during breaks on set, but it was all good natured.

Speaking at a press conference for the sequel today (06.11.15) Jennifer joked to BANG Showbiz: "Me and Josh couldn't stop fighting. I pulled a book out of my chair and he goes (says in aggressive tone) 'Why do you read so much?' It was like, 'Yeah OK you wanna go outside?' "

Jennifer also revealed that despite their close friendship, forged during the making of the four movies, their tougher scenes were "difficult".

Jennifer - who walked the red carpet at the premiere of the movie in London's Leicester Square on Thursday evening (05.11.15) - shared: "We were wet for 12 hours a day for three weeks ... When we get to the fight, not just the tunnels, all of our gear was very heavy. We were soaking wet and everything was water logged and so we had an extra 20lbs. It was just so physically exhausting that I don't think anything could compare to that. That was the most difficult in all of the movies, any movie I've ever done."

And the screen beauty - who plays heroine Katniss Everdeen - found it hard to shake off her mood.

She joked: "I had to do a magazine interview after one of those days and I was in a mood. And I was like, 'I need wine,' and I was drinking wine and just complaining, I don't remember what magazine it is because I have to block it out for my future and mental sanity, but it was the worse interview I've ever given in my life."
