The ex-'EastEnders' actor has sparked rumours he's romancing the former 'X Factor' star after they were spotted enjoying a romantic spa weekend in Bedfordshire recently.
A source said: "They were totally loved up as they enjoyed a night together at the spa to celebrate Joe's birthday."
And it seems Joe, 34, is smitten with Stacey, 26, as he's had a crush on the loud-mouthed beauty since 2010.
An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper at the time: "Joe really fancies Stacey. He was gutted to hear she is dating someone but thinks he may still have a chance."
Speculation Joe and Stacey are dating comes just four months after the blonde singer split from Steve-O, following just six months of dating, after meeting him on 'The Jump'.
A source said: "Stacey found it hard being away from Steve-O so they decided to put their relationship on hold."
Meanwhile, Stacey has two children, Zachary, seven, and Leighton, three, from two previous relationships, while Joe has eight-year-old son Harry with Emma Sophocleous.
The 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' spin-off presenter was previously in a relationship with his former co-star Kara Tointon, who played his on-screen sister Dawn, until 2010.
