The 53-year-old Hollywood icon is barred from going within 100 yards of his estranged wife's home in downtown Los Angeles after she alleged that he physically and verbally abused her during the course of their marriage.

However, Amber's people claim Johnny broke the order by having his people take personal clothing and belongings from the property, TMZ reports.

On the other hand, Johnny claims he was perfectly entitled to have people reclaim his belongings before a hearing on Friday (17.06.16).

He insists it was something he is allowed to do under the terms of his original restraining order.

However, on Friday, Amber will head back to court in a bid to get a permanent restraining order taken out against her husband, who has strongly denied the accusations levelled against him.

This comes shortly after it was reported Johnny headed off to his private island in the Caribbean after touring Europe with his band, the Hollywood Vampires.

Rather return to the glare of the spotlight in the US, Johnny instead reportedly flew off to the Caribbean to escape the attention surrounding his divorce.

Interestingly, the island was also the destination where the Hollywood duo - who met on the set of 'The Rum Diaries' in 2009 - tied the knot.

Meanwhile, Amber's pal iO Tillet Wright, who called the police after Johnny allegedly attacked Amber last month, recently said the actress was left with a "busted lip and clumps of hair on the floor" after an "all-out assault".

In a blog post, she wrote: "The reports of violence started with a kick on a private plane, then it was shoves and the occasional punch, until finally, in December, she described an all-out assault and she woke up with her pillow covered in blood. I know this because I went to their house. I saw the pillow with my own eyes. I saw the busted lip and the clumps of hair on the floor. I got the phone call immediately after it happened, her screaming and crying, a stoic woman reduced to sobs."
