The Snow Patrol musician recently reconciled with the former 'Friends' actress following last year's split and he took to Twitter on Wednesday (15.06.16) to make a public declaration of love.

Sharing a smiling picture of them together, Johnny, 39, wrote: "Wishing my beautiful @CourteneyCox the happiest birthday!"

She responded with "Thank you my love" before going on to thank fans for their well wishes.

Courteney wrote: "Huge thank you to all those to took the time to wish me a happy birthday. It's been a great one! (sic)"

Johnny and Courteney ended their relationship last December, 18 months after they got engaged, but recently reconciled and confirmed their romance was back on when they walked the red carpet at the BMI Pop Awards at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills last month.

Asked if they were making their reconciliation official, Courteney smiled, while her partner said: "Just look at us. I love her. I've always loved her."

Her representative said: "They really care about each other and they are spending time together."

However, it has been claimed that they still have some issues as they are trying to figure out where to live, with Courteney unwilling to move to London because of her 12-year-old daughter Coco, who she has with ex-husband David Arquette.

A source said: "One of the main reasons that they split originally was because they couldn't agree on where to settle.

"Johnny desperately wants to move back to London where he has a studio, but Courteney doesn't want to uproot Coco, and says it would be too hard with the custody agreement she has with David."
