Justin Bieber made guests attending his party last Friday night sign a confidential agreement prohibiting them from posting any details on social media or using their phones at the bash.

The 19-year-old singer organised an extravagant bash for around 100 friends but only allowed them to enter on the condition they signed a binding contract, which if broke would result in them paying $3 million directly to him.

According to TMZ - who obtained a copy of the agreement - guests and workers were prohibited from making posts on Twitter or Facebook, texting or using phones during the event or discussing in any way what went on behind the closed doors of his Calabasas mansion in Los Angeles County, California, on Friday night.

The document stipulated that anyone breaking the rules was liable to pay up the hefty sum with no exceptions, although Justin has reduced the fee from $5 million to $3 million according to a contract found for one of his previous parties.

However, it didn't take long for the 'Boyfriend' hitmaker to ignore his own strict rules about the party - which landed him in trouble with the police after neighbours complained about the noise

As he got into his car on Saturday (16.11.13), he told a video paparazzo the opulent event was reminiscent of a scene from Leonardo DiCarprio's film 'The Great Gatsby', in which he plays wealthy party lover Jay Gatsby.

Justin said: "It was wild. It was some Great Gatsby s**t, man."

Sources told TMZ rapper Snoop Lion was among Justin's guests and police were called three times during the early hours of Saturday morning because of excessive noise.

The first call was made at about 1:00am and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies advised revellers to calm things down.

Further calls were made at 3:00am and 5.30am, one of which from Justin's next door neighbour who recently accused him of speeding up and down the street in a hazardous manner.

The pop star sealed the deal on his $6.5 million mansion in the Californian suburb, near to the Kardashian residence, last year.

The 10,000 sq ft home is sat on 1.3 acres of land and previously belonged to actor Eddie Murphy's ex-wife Nicole Mitchell.
