The 'What Do You Mean?' singer previously paid out $80,000 to repair damages from the 2014 vandalism but he's being sued by homeowner Jeff Schwartz for compensation over the alleged distress they suffered afterwards and he's been sanctioned by a judge after failing to sit for a deposition over the matter.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, after missing the meetings several times, the judge has now declared that, as the 24-year-old singer didn't sit to answer questions in the deposition, he "will not be allowed to testify on his own defense".

And the jury in his trial will be told Justin "refused to appear for his deposition" and the court will be told as fact that the 'Believe' hitmaker is liable for the egging and he did it "with malice".

Justin has been ordered to pay Mr. Schwarz $7,500 in sanctions for missing the deposition.

The judge has also told the 'Love Yourself' singer - who recently got engaged to Hailey Baldwin following a whirlwind romance - to produce his financial records, including his net worth, within 20 days.

Mr and Mrs Schwartz - who claimed that Justin had subjected them to loud parties when he lived next to them - previously said they were still suffering with headaches, stomachaches and insomnia as a result of the infamous egging debacle.

As well as forking out the hefty sum in damages, Justin - who pleaded no contest to his misdemeanour vandalism charge in relation to the case - was sentenced to two years on probation and was ordered to complete five days community service at a homeless shelter.

The dispute is set to return to court next month.
