The 29-year-old beauty welcomed her first son, Cree, into the world with her husband Rio Ferdinand just one month ago, and has said she’s already done with expanding her family.

Kate is also step-mother to Rio’s three children from his marriage to late wife Rebecca - Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine – and has said the family home is so “hectic” now that the thought of having another child makes her “anxious”.

She explained: “If you ask me right now I would say never ever again. Our house is very hectic as it is. We have four kids and two dogs, it's a madhouse. The thought of having another one makes me slightly anxious.”

However, Kate admitted she could change her mind on having another child in the future.

She added to MailOnline: “I'm only 29 but I feel 39 at the moment! But you never know, I might feel different in a few years.”

Meanwhile, Kate previously admitted she has "cried often" since becoming a mother.

She said: "I am slowly feeling better each day, it's a gradual recovery and I'm taking it really easy but it's good to be seeing little improvements daily.

"I've always been super emotional. Whatever I'm feeling everyone always knows. I like to wear my heart on my sleeve. Since giving birth my emotions are still all over the place, I cry often ... I feel so happy with our beautiful new addition but often have moments of feeling overwhelmed. I don't know whether I'm coming or going most days."

But despite her emotions, the former reality star feels grateful for her family and friends after becoming a mother.

She wrote on Instagram earlier this month: "Thank you for all of your amazing messages & support. I am grateful for you all ... Lots of you have been feeling similar in lockdown, although not every day is amazing at the moment, it really has helped me the last few days to focus on the things I am grateful for. #iamgratefulfor ... my health, being able to walk and get fresh air - something I’ve taken for granted until I couldn’t the last few weeks! My family, my friends who have been here for me through everything, YOU GUYS for all of your support, the dogs, all of the amazing memories I have been able to make with my family over the last few years and my emotions, although I am so emotional ... it helps me to be loving and the person I am (sic)"
