Kate Upton's lawyer will "pursue anyone" who shares naked pictures of her.
Nude photographs of the 22-year-old model were reportedly leaked online after her mobile phone's online storage system iCloud was allegedly hacked, and now her legal team have threatened to take action.
Kate's lawyer, Lawrence Shire, told Us Magazine: "This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."
However, the blonde beauty isn't the only celebrity targeted by the hacking scandal as explicit images of 'The Hunger Games' actress Jennifer Lawrence have also been posted on the bulletin board website 4chan.
It is also believed the anonymous hacker has multiple videos of the star engaging in sexual acts and will post the clips in return for PayPal donations.
A spokesperson for Jennifer, 24, confirmed the authenticity of the photos and revealed she will be taking legal action against any website or media outlet that posts the images.
The spokesperson said previously: "This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."
Other stars embroiled in the naked image leak allegedly include Mary E. Winstead, Lea Michele, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and Kirsten Dunst.
