The 'Titanic' star has revealed she loves to get all glammed up as it makes her feel "confident [and] feminine".

She told the Sunday Telegraph's Stella magazine: "Wearing make-up can make a woman feel confident, feminine and celebrated - and I think it also brings a sense of liberation."

The 39-year-old actress also revealed the secret method she uses to keep her skin glowing and ready for the cameras.

She added: "Fresh air does wonders for my skin so I keep a window open in my room at night for a little bit of breeze. I try to get as much sleep as possible, and drink plenty of water too."

And her love for these natural skin-enhancing methods has meant Kate has banned herself from getting Botox.

She said previously: "Well, it's definitely happening on the old face, that's for sure. The wrinkles are here and they're here to stay."

Meanwhile, Kate revealed she is feeling much more confident in her own body and deals with the "judgement [and] scrutiny" by examining her career successes instead of focusing on her figure.

She shared: "I still dip in and out of feeling confident as much as the next person, but I can genuinely say, now more than ever, that I really do love the fact that I'm curvy. I've got boobs and a bum and a man who loves me.

"When you go through the sort of scrutiny that I have, you have to choose a means of dealing with that level of judgment. My way has always been to take a good look at how my career is going. The way I see it, I have an incredibly fulfilling, rewarding career that has nothing to do with the size of my arse."
