The 37-year-old former glamour babe was once renown for having massive everything, from her bouncy hair to her eyelashes to her surgically enhanced boobs, but she is not a fan of the trend for bountiful booties started by Kim Kardashian West and the likes of Amber Rose and Nicki Minaj.

During a panel discussion of TV show 'Loose Women' today (19.02.16), Kate was adamant she would have never had her butt boosted even when she was obsessed with increasing the size of her breasts when she was known as Jordan.

Katie - who had her 32FF implants taken out, reducing her bust size to a 32B in December 2014 - said: "I don't find big bums attractive. I don't think you should have bum implants but then again some people don't want (fake) boobs. Some of them [bums] are massive ... ridiculous."

Katie also confessed to becoming more prudish as she's gotten older, and admits she is shocked by the amount of skin some younger women flaunt in public, even though she was famous flashing her flesh in her 20s on the club scene.

She said: "When I look at girls now and they've got it all hanging out. I look at them and think, 'Oh my god!' But then I'm like, 'Hang on Kate that's exactly what you was like.' I suppose it's all part of growing up."

But the mother-of-five vowed to do everything she can to stay looking young for her younger husband Kieran Hayler.

She insisted: "I'm the immature, younger one [in the relationship] and I don't worry at all that I'm older than him ... because I'm still quite active for my age. Age is just a number. But when I'm 70 I will look young!"
