The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star hasn't stopped talking about her impending arrival since she confirmed she was expecting her first child with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson at the beginning of the year, but it looks like the 33-year-old reality TV beauty is going to take a different approach once her little one is here.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "She may be on a roll now documenting her bump and revealing everything about her soon-to-arrive daughter, but in fact Khloe is terrified because it's her first baby, so she's doing a total blackout on it. Her plan is to keep everything secret for a few days - just like Kylie [Jenner, her half-sister] did."

The blonde beauty and the 27-year-old professional basketball player have both agreed that they'll share the news of their baby's birth with their family first, let everyone meet her and then they'll work out how they'll announce it to their fans.

The insider explained: "They really want a few days to themselves before the circus starts. Khloe knows fans will be desperate for news, but unless she demands the time to enjoy her first few days as a mum, things will go crazy immediately.

"She wants some time to take it all in and to catch her breath for as long as she can - this is precious to her."

Khloe - who has a mansion in Los Angeles - moved into Tristan's lavish abode in Cleveland, Ohio, last month and will be staying there until their baby is born.

She said recently: "I will say I'm happy to be in Cleveland right now. I'm with Tristan and I get my home time -- cooking, being with my love, and just more of a routine."

And, although she's looking forward to meeting her little bundle of joy in just a few days' time, Khloe has really enjoyed her pregnancy and found it a "breeze."

She explained: "These past few months have flown by and I've loved every minute of it. So far my pregnancy has been super easy and I'm so beyond thankful for that. After my first trimester, everything has been a breeze."
