Michael Sacha, 30, died following an ATV accident in April after driving guests around the rapper's sprawling Nashville estate to meet an Uber following a cookout and the medical examiner's report has confirmed that he was intoxicated at the time of his death.

The legal limit to operate a vehicle in Tennessee is 0.08 per cent while Michael had a blood alcohol content of 0.2 per cent, according to The Tennessean.

Michael reportedly lost control of the vehicle and crashed with the report from the Davidson County Medical Examiner's office revealing that the accident severed his brain from his spinal cord in several areas.

Assistant Medical Examiner Emily Dennison's report states: "Based on the circumstances and the collective findings, it is my opinion that the cause of death in this case is blunt force trauma; the manner is an accident."

Kid, 45 and a friend found Michael on an embankment near his driveway the next morning and the devastated musician immediately called for help but it was too late.

He wrote on his website: "I am beyond devastated to report that my personal assistant Mike Sacha passed away today in an ATV accident here in Nashville. He was a member of our family and one of the greatest young men I have ever had the pleasure to not only work with, but also to become friends with. I know I speak for us all in sharing my deepest condolences to his family. I cannot imagine how they must feel.

"Myself, the band, our family, friends and co-workers are devastated over this loss. We were supposed to be back in Michigan today, but I am going to stay here with Mike until I can bring him home to his family. I'm asking everyone to please respect our and his families' privacy in this difficult time. RIP Mike. We will never forget you, my friend."
