The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star has spent months working with her legal team in a bid to get Alice Johnson - who was sentenced to life in prison without parole in 1997 on money laundering and drug conspiracy charges - parole after she stumbled across her heartbreaking story online less than a year ago.

The 37-year-old star met with President Donald Trump at the White House in Washington D.C. alongside her lawyer last week to discuss executive clemency for the 63-year-old grandmother.

And, now that she's been released from Aliceville Correctional Facility in Alabama thanks to her meeting with the president, the brunette beauty is desperate to jet across to Tennessee to meet Alice face-to-face.

Alice's lawyer Michael Scholl, told The Commercial Appeal newspaper: "Their meeting will be an exclusive with national media. They've already contracted for all of it . . . We've been told to keep everything private."

It's believed the meeting will take place on Wednesday (13.06.18) but Mr Scholl refused to comment whether that was true or false due to the fact he's been told to keep all the details on the down low.

He said: "I can't confirm it one way or the other."

After her release last week, Alice thanked Kim and President Trump for giving her a "second chance" at life.

She said: "When Kim told me that I was being released, I started jumping and screaming and crying. It was wonderful. I'm so glad she was the one who was able to deliver the news to me. It was a perfect ending."

Kim previously admitted trying to set up a meeting with the president was tough but she persevered for the sake of Alice and she's so glad the "dozen emails" she fired off to the White House a day paid off.

The reality TV star explained: "I saw this seven months ago and I have [had] daily phone calls with the White House, maybe a dozen emails a day trying to get letters from the warden.

"I have to get credit to where Alice's whole team had been working on this for years. I mean, I did step in late in the game. So I don't want to take away from [that]."
