The 36-year-old reality star and her husband Kanye West have arranged for someone to carry their third baby after Kim was warned against getting pregnant again, and the couple - who already have North, four, and Saint, 18 months, together - have reportedly installed the unnamed woman in a $1 million home and are keen for their unborn tot to be very familiar with their work before he or she is even born.

A source said: "Kim believes the unborn child - or children - will subconsciously get to know their future family by hearing the show in the womb.

"Kanye has put together a playlist of his songs and music he's produced, which the surrogate must play every day. Kanye believes hearing dad's music in the womb will bond them."

The couple have hired five bodyguards to make the surrogate "feel safe", and have also suggested a string of activities and lifestyle choices for her to make during her pregnancy.

The source explained to heat magazine: "Kanye has hired a nutritionist, personal trainer and a yoga teacher

"Kim suggested pregnancy yoga every day, which we all find strange as she definitely didn't do that during her two pregnancies."

It was previously revealed the couple had found the surrogate through an agency, and agreed to pay her $45,000 in 10 equal installments, though if it is a multiple pregnancy she will receive an additional $5,000 per child.

In addition, if the surrogate loses reproductive organs in the process, she receives an additional $4,000.

The couple are also required to deposit $68,850 with the agency.

In return, the surrogate must refrain from smoking, drinking and drugs during the pregnancy, and she cannot go in hot tubs or saunas, handle or change cat litter, apply hair dye, drink more than one caffeinated drink per day or eat raw fish.

She has also agreed to restrict sexual activity in the weeks leading up to getting pregnant including foregoing intercourse for three weeks after embryo implantation.
