The 41-year-old former NBA player has been looking back on his marriage to the Good American founder - who he wed in September 2009 after just a month of dating - by enjoying a marathon of old episodes of their reality show 'Khloe & Lamar' and he admitted he will be "forever grateful" to his ex-wife, her siblings Kim Kardashian West and Rob and Kourtney Kardashian, and their mother Kris Jenner, for loving him "without judgement".

He captioned a clip of him watching the show on Instagram: "Khloe & Lamar Marathon. My show with my ex wife [heart emoji].

"I want to thank @krisjenner @khloekardashian @kimkardashian @robkardashianofficial @kourtneykardash for taking me in and loving me without judgement.

"Y’all gave me family and for that I am forever grateful [prayer and heart emoji] (sic)"

Lamar and Khloe - who split in 2013 - tied the knot on 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' and the basketball player admitted he still feels "emotional" watching them exchange their vows.

He said in the clip: "I'll never forget the day I got married on TV. I get a little emotional watching it."

The popularity of the wedding show led to the former couple landing their spin-off show, which ran for two seasons from 2011 to 2012, and Lamar thanked E! for the "opportunity".

He said: "It's crazy how time flies.

"I want to give a shout out to E!, for giving me the opportunity, a shout-out to my ex-wife, [and] to Kris Jenner [and] Kim, for giving me the opportunity to cross over."

Although Khloe - who has two-year-old daughter True with Tristan Thompson - filed for divorce in 2013, she called it off when her estranged husband was hospitalised following a near-fatal overdose in October 2015.

Once Lamar had recovered and got sober, the 36-year-old beauty resubmitted her filing and their divorce was finalised in December 2016.
