The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star has admitted she and her boyfriend Jack McLean, whom she has been dating on and off for three years, don't pull out the whips and chains when they head into the bedroom for a blood-pumping session as they have a more "conventional" sex life.

Writing in her weekly column for new! magazine, she explained: "One of my idols, Carmen Electra, admitted on Khloe Kardashian's chat show, 'Kocktails with Khloe' that she is addicted to watching porn and loves a bit of S&M in the bedroom. Well, we certainly don't have that in common! I get it and it's healthy but it's not something Jake and I have actually done. I'm definitely more conventional."

And, although their sex life doesn't involve kinky behaviour, the brunette beauty - who has recently dropped four stone in weight - has admitted their bedroom antics have spiced up in recent months because she's more confident naked now.

Asked if her sex life has improved since dropping five dress sizes, she exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It's not that my sex life has improved, it's still the same, but you feel sexier. I know I look good now and I really like my body. And I even like walking round the house naked now."
