The 32-year-old singer and the 'Come Pick Me Up' hitmaker have legally dissolved their six-year marriage following 17 months of an ongoing battle between lawyers.

According to the court documents, obtained by TMZ, the couple have agreed not to pay spousal support and, instead, completely split their assets.

Mandy has asked to keep their plush condo in Beverly Hills and their lavish mansion in Griffith Park, California, as well as a 2012 Toyota Prius, while the 41-year-old songwriter will take the 2008 Porsche Carrera and a 1959 Cadillac.

He'll also keep his bulging comic book collection, some pinball machines and seven of their bank accounts.

And, although they've agreed the brunette beauty can take the houses, the furniture will be divided up equally.

However, Ryan has reportedly been forced to cough up an extra $425,000 to make things even seeing as his takeaway assets rack up to more money in the long run.

Meanwhile, in conjunction with this, the former couple each hold on to their respective publishing rights for any music created during their half a decade-long marriage.

Mandy filed for divorce from Ryan citing irreconcilable differences last January - almost six years after they wed in March 2009 in Savannah, Georgia.

The former lovers later released a joint statement claiming their split, which actually happened six months before Mandy filed for divorce, was "respectful and amicable."

A spokesperson said: "Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have mutually decided to end their marriage of almost six years. It is a respectful, amicable parting of ways."
