The 48-year-old singer has been hopping between houses over the last few years since her split from former husband Nick Cannon - the father of her six-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe - in 2014 but now it seems the 'We Belong Together' hitmaker has settled on the 10,337 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills, which was previously rented by her former 'American Idol' co-judge and arch rival, Nicki Minaj.

According to Variety, the eight-bedroom property is complete with a grand staircase, swimming pool, plunge pool, spa and a roof terrace, as well as four full and four half bathrooms, and has stunning views of the city.

The two living rooms both feature fireplaces, and a huge library sits alongside them to allow the singer to relaxed and write music in the peace and quiet.

The abode also features a huge roof terrace, as well as a driveway big enough for multiple vehicles.

Although the mansion sounds enormous, it is a downsize for the diva who was thought to be previously living in a nine-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate in Beverly Hills for a whopping $100,000 per month.

Mariah is currently dating 24-year-old dancer Bryan Tanaka, who recently praised the great relationship she has with her family.

He said: "It's magical for her and the kids, you know. It's so special to see her legacy sharing the stage with her, just to get that essence. They're born into it, you know? So, it's super-special to her and special to be a part of it and see them grow with that in their eyes. Just being with her - to share a passion of performing and music. Sharing a special moment and a special thing we both cherish so much - it's magical, just doing it together."
