Stella Bulochnikov has listed her California mansion for sale for just under $5 million, and sources told The Blast she had to resort to putting the abode on the market she believes she was "unjustly fired" by the 'Hero' hitmaker and is allegedly still owed two years worth of management fees.

Stella's children attend a nearby private school and she decided to put the house up for sale so their education wouldn't be compromised because her kids "will always remain her first priority."

If the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house sells for the asking price, the executive will make a $2 million profit and it will all go into her children's college fund.

Stella's lawyer, Pierce O'Donnell - who she hired ahead of a possible lawsuit against the singer for breach of contract and other issues - recently slammed the 'We Belong Together' hitmaker and claimed she is "addicted to alcohol, prescription pills, and marijuana".

Stella also claimed in documents filed in New York that Mariah is a "train wreck" who still owes her millions of dollars.

O'Donnell said: "Filing in New York was a shot across the bow to Mariah."

The lawyer - who has worked with a series of A-list stars throughout his legal career - has also claimed that Stella was an equal partner in a production firm that still has more than a dozen projects, worth over $100 million, in the pipeline.

He has warned the chart-topping star that unless she reaches a settlement, Stella will pursue justice through the courts.

O'Donnell has also blasted Mariah's recent confession that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2001, describing it as a "big lie".

A rep for Mariah has rubbished the potential lawsuit against the singer.

The rep warned: "If this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully."
