The 33-year-old British royal and the former 'Suits' actress - who will wed on May 19 - visited Belfast (23.03.18) for a string of public engagements and the happy couple enjoyed lunch at the historic Crown Liquor Saloon which is one of the city's oldest buildings and is owned by the National Trust.

Meghan, 36, wore a sophisticated but stylish outfit for her royal engagement, opting for a light pink drape wool coat from Mackage - which retails at £563.79 - layered over a white Victoria Beckham sweater and a jewel green skirt as a subtle nod to Ireland's historic association with the colour.

She accessorised the look with dark red Manolo Blahnik stiletto heels and an affordable £185 top-handed bag from British brand Charlotte Elizabeth - which has already sold out since the soon-to-be royal sported the accessory for the occasion - and she kept her brown locks tucked away in a neat low bun.

Crowds lined Great Victoria Street to welcome the couple and shower them with gifts and congratulations ahead of their upcoming nuptials and Meghan was handed flowers by members of the public.

As part of their tour, the happy couple also visited the Eikon Centre to attend an event marking the second year of the youth-led peace-building initiative 'Amazing the Space' which was launched by Prince Harry in September 2017 to encourage young people to become ambassadors for peace within their communities.

The pair watched the local schools perform at the centre to highlight how the Arts can bring communities together.

Earlier in the day, they visited Catalyst Inc. - a not-for-profit organisation aimed at nurturing new scientific ideas - where Ireland's brightest young entrepreneurs proudly showed Harry and his fiancé their inventions before the couple made their way to a guided tour of the Belfast Titanic.
