The Spice Girls singer's ex-husband Stephen Belafonte has filed pictures with Los Angeles Superior Court of her and some friends allegedly taking items from their former marital home in the Hollywood Hills on May 25 which are "in breach of a court order".

The photographs, which were obtained by The Sun Online showed Mel and a group of others removing items from a garage and putting them into a rented truck, despite a judge ruling on January 2 that "no third party of family member" was allowed access to the property.

The 43-year-old singer was temporarily given sole use of the residence after she claimed in her own court filings that it had become an "animal house" and Stephen - who is seeking a restraining order against her - had been hosting parties there without permission, but a judge has now ruled that neither of them can have access to the abode, which is currently up for sale.

In a new court order, the former couple - who split in March 2017 - have been given one day to remove their belongings from the property under supervision but after that date "neither party is to have access to the residence".

The judge will decide whether or not Mel was in breach of the court order at a hearing in July.

The house has been put on the market for $7.5 million but the court has ordered them to drop the price by $1 million.

The latest drama comes after the 43-year-old producer filed for a restraining order against the 'America's Got Talent' judge - who has daughters Phoenix, 19, and Angel, 10, from previous relationships and six-year-old Madison with Stephen - and claimed he is living in fear for his life.

He said in court documents: "I am in fear of what (Mel B) will do next and what additional harm she will continue to cause me. (She) will stop at nothing to try and destroy me.

"Given what has transpired so far in this case, I honestly and truly believe that (she) will make good on her threats and desire to see me dead or either set up and falsely imprisoned."

Stephen claims an acquaintance he bumped in to named Derek Daniel told him that Mel had been "essentially soliciting him or someone he knew to kill me or have me thrown in jail".

He added: "I truly believe (she) is mentally unstable and would try and pay someone to have me killed and/or pay someone to trump up false allegations against me and have me falsely imprisoned.

"(She) clearly has the financial ability to pay someone to try to physically harm me and/or set me up.

"I am in utter fear for my life and safety."
