The 'Malibu' hitmaker is celebrating her special day on Thursday (23.11.17), and has taken to Instagram to brand Liam as "winning" after he bought her a necklace featuring the word "Lili" - which is Miley's nickname for her 'Hunger Games' star beau - engraved with rainbow coloured gems.

Posting a picture of the jewellery, Miley wrote: "My mannnnnn's already winnin & it ain't even my bday yet! Rainbow LiLi is soooo frigggggen cute! (sic)"

This year, Miley's birthday also falls on the same day as American holiday Thanksgiving, and in a second post she claimed she couldn't wait to stuff herself full of vegan turkey.

Sharing a snap of herself underneath balloons which spelled out her first name, she wrote: "So close to b-day time! Stoked for a day full of Tofurkey & loved ones! Ain't it ironic? #VeganTurkeyBaby (sic)"

It isn't the first time the 27-year-old actor has bestowed something rainbow themed on his fiancée either, as for her birthday last year he presented her with a multi-coloured ring, which he had packaged himself in a box complete with heart stickers and a felt unicorn.

Taking to Instagram to post a picture of Miley holding her unopened present, the 'Paranoia' actor wrote at the time: "Happiest birthday to my favorite little angel! (sic)"

Meanwhile, the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker posted a collage of pictures on the photo sharing website, including the packaging and the ring itself.

She captioned the image: Look at datttt Rainboooowwwwwwww rock! You always know how to make my "grubby little kid fingers" *SHINE*!!! (P.S. please take notice of that beautiful packaging!!!! ) (sic)"

The rainbow themed items come after Liam previously failed at buying jewellery that was to Miley's taste, as she once claimed she hated the engagement ring he had given her.

She said: "This is really weird because this is like real jewellery and most of my jewellery is made out of gummy bears and cotton candy and they don't look that good together because they kind of mix up, so sometimes I replace it with an actual unicorn or a Looney Tune.

"And he's kind of like what's going on? It's like, 'Well, this isn't really my aesthetic, but I'll wear it because you love me.'"
