The 50-year-old rocker and his younger sibling have been at loggerheads since the split of Oasis in 2009, and whilst the fire still rages on eight years later - with Noel having recently dubbed Liam's fans as "Parka monkeys", and Liam often slamming Noel on Twitter - the star is growing tired of discussing the subject.

In reference to a particular moment recently in which Liam, 45, mocked Noel's decision to perform live with a woman playing a pair of scissors by getting a fan to peel a potato on stage, Noel told Stereogum: "Oh, the scissors thing. Oh, I don't give a f**k about that. If I had to live my life in reaction to what someone else was doing ... I'm not the kind of person who lives that way, I'm not reactionary. I get on with my own thing. If other people want to react to that, then wow, how sad, d'you know what I mean? It gets slightly tedious being asked about it all the time."

The 'Holy Mountain' musician's comments come after he previously slammed the 'Wall of Glass' hitmaker for being "obsessed" with feuding with him on social media.

He said: He's obsessed, as lots of people are. There's not enough hours in the day for me to get through the s**t that I've got to get through. I don't know where he finds the time to sit on the f***ing ... on Twitter. But it's clearly intoxicating for him."

Noel also joked that he finds Liam's level of "obsession" to be "creepy".

He added: "I mean, you know, it's nice to be loved and all that, but don't obsess over me. That's kinda creepy."

Meanwhile, Noel previously claimed Liam should seek help for his "anger" problem, and suggested the star attend "therapy".

He said: "The other stuff with Liam is f***ing crazy, because that other fella seems very angry about something and no one is quite sure what it is.

"But if someone does please let me know. I think he needs therapy, I think he needs a psychiatrist."
