Grease Actress Olivia Newton John has an exorcism at her house.
Contractor Christopher Pariseletti, 41, died at the actress’ house in August and so she asked a Catholic priest to exorcise the house and cleanse it of any bad spirits.
Olivia’s husband, John Easterling was with her during the exorcism as well two of the couple’s friends. All of them recited prayers and holy water was put all around the home.
Christopher was employed to work on the property at the Jupiter inlet Colony in Florida. His business was under a lot of financial pressure and faced the possibility of closure. He asked for a loan of money from Olivia in order to keep his company afloat. He shot himself with a shotgun by her pool while the property was vacant, as he had his own key to the premises. He was found by another of the builders working on the project.
Olivia has since been making an effort to sell the house and has had to cut the asking price by $200,000 following the incident.
A real estate agent told the Daily Express newspaper: "Unfortunately there is a grim notoriety to the house and people are put off by that.
"Whoever buys the home will always know that someone blew their brains out in there. It is not the nicest housewarming present."
Rosie O’Donnell was interested in the property, however withdrew her offer following his death.
