The 32-year-old actress has said her famous father is desperate to add another boy to their family dynamic, as he’s father to five girls - Rumer, Scout, 29, and Tallulah, 26, whom he has with his ex-wife Demi Moore, and Mabel, eight, and Evelyn, six, whom he has with current wife Emma Heming Willis - and has been feeling outnumbered during lockdown.

Rumer said: “Over the quarantine he was like, ‘So I’d like for you to have a son because I need some male energy in this group.’ It’s a lot of women, obviously. He has five daughters and my mom and my stepmom. There’s just a lot of female energy. Even then, I’m like, OK, I want to make sure who I do that with.”

If the ‘House Bunny’ star did have a son, she’s sure her dad would find a way to “kidnap” her baby so he could spend more time with him.

She added during an appearance on ‘The Talk’ on Friday (13.11.20): “But even still, if I have a son, I guarantee you guys, my dad would somehow try to come in and kidnap him, hijack the child, try and take him away. But it’s important to wait. I think it’s so important not to rush in and have it be about the lust or about, you know, that immediate connection, then building a real foundation.”

It’s unclear if Rumer is in a relationship with anyone, but she was last spotted strolling around Los Angeles with Armie Hammer in September.

Meanwhile, the ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ star previously said she was "reclaiming" her body.

In a lengthy social media post, she wrote: "Whether clothed or not, as women our bodies are constantly policed and dictated over by men and by other women. We are told what we can and cannot wear based on our size and shape or others beliefs about what is acceptable or appropriate. We are told what we need to look like to be considered beautiful. We are told if we dress a certain way we are 'asking for it' or if we are more covered up we are prude or unexpressed. We are told our sexuality and expression of that sexuality is something we should ashamed of, something we should keep to ourselves. We are persecuted for our right to choose when to become a mother, or to become one at all. We are kept from access to birth control, places to get information about sexual health and contraceptives are defunded. The lineage of women who have fought with their lives to progress women’s rights sacrificed everything to get us to where we are today and we are still miles away from any sort of equality. My body and my right to my divine femininity will not be policed or suppressed by anyone man or woman."
