The 50-year-old actress has already cut down on the amount of roles she takes since adopting Louis, five, in 2010, and revealed that fans can expect to see even less of her on the big screen in the future.

Speaking to Magic Radio, 'Minions' actress Sandra said: "I don't work much anymore, and that's going to become less and less once he's in kindergarten. The minute I leave the house, I wish I was back with him. So whatever work I do, he comes with me, but it has to be something amazing, because it's now his life."

Meanwhile, Sandra revealed Louis was horrified when he saw a clip of 'Gravity' showing her astronaut character floating off into space and asked why her co-star and friend George Clooney didn't save her.

Sandra explained: "He saw one little clip where I was flailing off, asking for help, and he was a little upset as to why George wasn't helping me."

She went on to joke: "I said, 'Because that's the way George is, honey. That's just the way George Clooney is.' He just... when he's in trouble, and there's trouble, he's going to let you sail off to space.'

" Louis just didn't understand why George wasn't helping me at that point. He didn't question why I was an astronaut; just why there was no helping hand."
