The 'Heart Wants What It Wants' hitmaker and the 'Can't Feel My Face' singer looked loved up as they left the Boris Jazz Club in Argentinian capital and Selena couldn't hide the smile on her face.
Earlier in the day, the pair were seen holding hands as they enjoyed the sights and sounds of the city.
Selena is currently spending time with her beau as he tours South America. They met up in Bogota, Colombia, before flying off to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Since they confirmed their relationship in January, the pair have been spotted in various romantic locations including Florence and Paris whilst also heading to The Weeknd's hometown of Toronto, Canada.
For their trip to Florence, the wealthy pair reportedly splashed out almost $250,000 on the romantic getaway, with a sizeable amount of the budget going on a room in the luxurious Belmond Villa San Michele.
The hotel, known for its privacy, is thought to have cost them a hefty $3,000 to $4,000 per night at least, or possibly up to $10,000 per night if they opted for the luxurious Limonaia Villa.
The couple were spotted at the Accademia Gallery Museum, enjoying a private tour of the sculpture art gallery and rounding off their busy day with a meal at Trattoria Borgo Antico.
And even if they're on home soil, the couple still enjoy lavish dates and were seen getting "very cozy" in Los Angeles.
A source said: "They walked in holding hands and were very cozy together. They looked very happy together and were escorted to a private back table.
"Selena looked beautiful in a long black trench coat. She was hugging him from behind and they could not keep their hands off each other."
