The 68-year-old TV star understands why her eldest daughter didn't want to appear in the hit reality series, but Sharon still feels slightly sad about her decision.

She shared: "I understand how she felt. It was chaos. The house wasn't a home anymore. It was a studio. So, I get why she didn't like it.

"But would I have done it differently? I didn’t know what I was doing then. So you know, I wouldn't have done anything differently because I had an unbelievable time doing it."

Sharon - who also has Kelly, 35, and Jack, 34, with husband Ozzy - had "great experiences" on the show and she doesn't have any regrets about agreeing to do it.

Appearing on 'The Talk', Sharon said: "It was just something in my life that I don’t regret and I’m glad I did. I was just sorry that Aimee didn't come on the journey with us."

Aimee currently stars in the synth pop band ARO, but Sharon admits her daughter isn't motivated by fame.

She explained: "She just wants to do her music and do her creative thing, and feel good about it. That’s it."

'The Osbournes' ran for four seasons between 2002 and 2005, and Aimee actually left the family home in order to escape the limelight at the time.

Sharon previously admitted that the cameras drove her daughter "insane".

Speaking in 2018, she explained: "I know that my eldest girl, Aimee, left home at 16 and she couldn’t live in our house because we were filming and it drove her insane.

"She felt too that she didn’t want to grow up on camera. She hated the idea - it was appalling to her."
