The 58-year-old music mogul has had a highly successful career over the past three decades but he has admitted there have been scenarios while he was working his way up that ladder that weren't "very nice" - and he hopes the likes of Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, who has been accused of sexually harassing and even raping some famous actresses, finally gets his comeuppance.

When quizzed about whether the recent sexual misconduct scandals in Hollywood would lead to change in the entertainment industry, he told The Sun newspaper: "Well, I do [think there will be change] actually to be honest with you. Look, I have grown up in the music business. Even as a kid I was put in situations when I was first working you know, it's not a very nice business.

"But people get what they deserve. That's all I'm going to say."

Weinstein has been accused by over 50 women of sexual misconduct - allegations he has strongly denied.

But, as a result of the claims, he has been sacked from The Weinstein Company and has had his membership of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences revoked.

The 65-year-old producer isn't the only famous face who has got caught up in the scandal as Kevin Spacey has also been accused of sexually assaulting a number of people.

The 'House of Cards' star previously said he was "beyond horrified" to hear Anthony Rapp's claims that he made a sexual advance towards him when he was just 14 years old and insisted he couldn't remember the alleged "encounter".

Both Spacey, 58, and Weinstein are said to be undergoing treatment at a rehab centre in Arizona in light of the allegations.
