Sam now knows how to carve the perfect turkey

Christmas is nearly here, do you have all of your plans sorted?

Yes, I do actually. Me and Billie are taking our Mum to the Dorchester in London. going there Christmas Eve, Christmas Day; then Boxing day we’re going to our aunts. Usually we spend the whole time at home with our family, but this year we fancied a change so we’re going to the Dorchester.

Are you not going to miss spending Christmas at home?

We probably will, but the hotel is very grand and very Christmassy. I’ve been there before at Christmas time and they have a huge Christmas tree, they do make it really Christmassy.

Any fashion tips for the festive period?

Mainly I think that this season is going to be all sparkles and sequins. And also the red dress, you’ve got to have a red dress this Christmas.
Any tips on how we can survive the party season, with all the late nights and the lots of drinks?

My best cure when I have a hangover is a cup of tea and a packet of crisps. Everytime I’m hungover I think a hot drink with loads of sugar in it, that makes me feel better.

We hear you’ve got a new boyfriend, will he be in the show?

Yes I do, I don’t know. To be honest, I’ve said to him would you do it? He’s just not sure, he’s like 50/50. And it’s what Essex are looking for really, it’s just one of those things. I would like him to be on it but he’s not sure.

You’re also moving out aren’t you?

Yes, I’m moving into my house on January. I’m so proud, I’ve been saving all year, I haven’t really over indulged on anything, I’ve just been saving my money for a mortgage and I finally have, I’m so pleased.

Are you moving in on your own?

Yes, I’m moving in on my own. But TJ (her boyfriend) will most probably stay with me a lot though, because I hate staying on my own.

Is it close to Minnies?

Yes, it’s literally ten minutes from Minnies and five minutes from my house. I can tidy and I can clean, but I can’t cook, so I was like: Mum, I’m only five minutes away so don’t think you’re getting away with not making my dinner every night.

How is the shop doing?

It’s doing really good, thank you. Our online is doing so well and because it’s Christmas, our Minnies dressing gowns and all little things like that are just flying out. We’re really pleased. We’re looking to expand next year.

Where about are you looking on taking the shop?

We’re looking to take it up North, maybe one in Manchester or Liverpool but we’re not sure yet.

Do you get to spend much time in there?

I do, I wish I could spend more time in there but we’re so busy with everything else – especially in the run-up to Christmas and filming – it becomes manic. I’m probably there two/three days a week, but when me and Billie go we try and go in on the weekends when everyone comes down and we’re busiest.

Obviously you and Billie have your Gracie Eve collection too, any plans to do anymore?

We’re going to stay with this collection at the moment and we’re going to be expanding it and putting more to the collection. We’ve got nine new styles going in, in the next couple of months. It’s more going-out party dresses, stuff like that. We’re looking forward to that. We’ve got lots of plans for Gracie Eve, so it should be really good.

You’ve got a book coming out in the New Year. Do you want to tell us about that?

In the press, they’ve been saying that it’s a memoir, it’s not. It’s going to be a mixture; it’s going to be a bit on my upbringing – my family, my school, my friends, what I got up to when I was younger – it’s mainly on the fact of how rapidly and how quickly my life and all of our lives changed on TOWIE and what it’s like to be part of a big show and how we coped with the fame and it’s also got this other side to it, were you’ve got fashion, owning a business at such a young age. It’s almost like an Essex guide from my point of view, hair, make-up, how to apply fake tan. It’s going to be really good.

Mark’s left the show now, and there’s always rumours about you and Kirk leaving. Can you tell us whether there’s any truth in them?

To be honest, I’m definitely not leaving. I see the rumours myself that people are going to be leaving the show and stuff, which is true, people are going to be leaving the show, I don’t know and the producers don’t even know yet who’s going to be leaving and who’s going to be coming. Kirk is rumoured to be leaving and doing another show but I know as much as what you do, I read it in the press like you. Everything is just so secret and private, and people don’t want it to become a big deal like, until they want to keep things a surprise.

When’s the new series going to be with us?

We start filming for Series 4 in January, so I’m really excited and hopefully I’m still a part of it.

So, what’s your best beauty buys?

When it comes to face cream, Clarins is my favourite. I use the day one, it’s anti-ageing, not that I’m old but it’s preventative. I don’t do Botox, so it’s my answer to preventing it. I use the night one too, every time I get out of the shower I put the night cream on.

My favourite make-up is MAC, I love all MAC products. And when it comes to fake tan it’s got to be Fake Bake.
