Don't forget to check your breasts regularly

Tomorrow sees the start of October and that means Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Everyone tries to do their bit and get involved and help to raise some money. What will you be doing?

Whether you raise 50 pence or £50 every little bit will help to save lives of women all over the country.

If you don't have the energy to organise your own event you can help to raise money by buying Breast Cancer products, that give percentages of the cost to the charity.

Look at our round-up of the best on sale this year.

Which one... or three will you be buying? Remember it's for a good cause, so no guilt can be associated with spending the money.

We all know that these have become quite the necessity for any women and somtimes men. Go for these new darkers shade of punk ghds, the limited edition Pink Orchid Styler (£129). Mine have just broken, so I think it's the perfect excuse to try these new ones out.

Is your Pandora bracelet feeling a little lonely? Then why not add a new charm and help raise money at the same time. Double bonus. This pretty pink and silver charm will be a welcome addition to any bracelet, whether it's a leather or a chain design. (£35)

If you really want to treat yourself this month, then look no further than the Monica Vinader Fiji bracelets. These look great on their own or stacked up in each of the three colours available. The pretty pink string shows that you're doing your bit for charity too. Which one will you opt for? Silver, yellow gold or rose gold? (Prices range from £85-£105)

Sodastream have joined the fight for women's survival with the launch of a limited edition Pink Fizz drinksmaker. This must-have girly kitchen product should make the top of any wish list, plus 5 per cent of the purchase price will go to charity, helping to fund vital research, campaigning and education. (Available from Harvey Nichols, priced £119.99)

We don't need an excuse to buy some new make-up so this is the perfect product. Bourjois' Illuminating Touch is available now till November 29 in all Bourjois outlets, including Boots, Superdrug, Tesco and Waitrose. The blusher is priced at £7.49 and £1 will be dontated to Cancer Research UK.

If you're looking something a little more fun, then this has to be the product for you. Anastacia and Paul O'Grady have teamed up with Cancer Research UK to design two unique rubber ducks to raise money. Anastacia's Diva Duck is designed in chic leopard print with long eyelashes and Paul's Dapper Duck is silver with a black bow tie.

Paul says: "I had great fun deciding how the duck would look and the name Dapper suits him so well. Cancer affects so many of us and I wanted to support Cancer Research UK to raise funds to help women beat this terrible disease. Prices start from £5.99 for three smaller size ducks and they're available to buy from Cancer Research UK shops and the charity's online shop.

This is something that we all need at some point of the day, a bit of breath freshner. RetarDEX Oral Spray is modelling a new pink look for this coming month. Thirty pence from every pink bottle sold will go to Breakthrough to help with its vital work. The slim-line bottle is compact enough to fit into even the smallest of handbags and can be pulled out at a moments notice - much more discreet that chewing on a piece of gum.

For the 12th year running Hard Rock will be supporting too, they have the release of the annual PINKTOBER limited-edition pin, plus other pink merchandise. The pin has been designed as a replica of Melissa Etheridge's Ovation guitar and celebrated the multi-platinum recording artist and breast cancer survivor's upcoming star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame which was recently presented. PINKTOBER merchandise are exclusive to buy from Hard Rock properties world wide, with 75 per cent of retail price of each pin and 15 per cent of other products going directly to the cause.

Eyelash enhancing serum Revitalash have also announced that 10 per cent of all sales profits will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation during September and October. Revitalash was developed by American ophthalmologist, Michael Brinkenhoff as a gift to his wife Gayle, who had been suffering with breast cancer and had lost most of her eyelashes. So whether you're battling cancer or not, every woman deserves to have long, fluttering eyelashes.

After buying all of these products, you're going to need something to carry them all in. Escentual and Crabtree & Evelyn have teamed up to create the bag, perfect for shopping trips. Plus, it comes with the award winning Hand Therapy cream in Rosewater. The package costs just £10 and £6 will be donated to Breast Cancer Care.
