If you dream about eating or seeing a pudding, perhaps you’re feeling slow and lethargic in your waking life due to all the sugar you consume and bad food habits you’ve fallen into. It might be time to take a break from the sweet things and eat more healthfully.

Perhaps you are having too many meals out and the physical and financial cost is taking its toll on your body and your wallet. Is it time you dialled back on your social life?

On the other hand- do you need to go out more? With your lover, with your friends or family? Does your social life need an overhaul or do you need to learn to treat yourself more often?

The dream could be telling you that- ‘the proof is in the pudding’. In other words, you need to do something for yourself to judge how effective it really is. Don’t believe what other people tell you until you have seen it or experienced it for yourself. Lean to question what other people tell you and have your own opinions on things- don’t adopt other people’s.

Another interpretation is that you are leading a satisfactory but unexciting life. You tend to go with the flow and what’s expected of you and rarely stray from the norm. Is it time you did something out of your comfort zone?

If you ate a pudding in your dream and it was too rich, dry, tasteless or sickly, then perhaps something that looks appealing right now will end up disappointing you, despite appearances. The risks you are contemplating and the people you might hurt by pursuing it could all be for nothing or for a lot less than you bargained for.

It’s possible you feel good in a situation in your waking life and you aren’t taking that for granted.
