Whatever this may be- there is no question- it feels good at the time, but it’s having a negative effect on your body. 

It doesn’t necessarily have to be related to food- but something else you do that puts your body in danger- such as smoking, drinking to excess, drugs or dangerous relationships. 

Perhaps you lack some discipline in some part of your life and you could do with finding some because it’s time to or because if you don’t- things could get worse very quickly. 

The dream could be warning you that you are making too much time for pleasure and not enough for responsibility. You may be taking it easy even if you don’t deserve the break or are being unproductive at a time when you need to be the exact opposite.

Perhaps the dream is a reminder to you that you need to exercise some moderation in your life. That you can indeed have too much of a good thing. What might seem like a good idea now could be detrimental if you continue, so it might be wise to think about the cumulative effect of your behaviours. 

If you were fat in the dream- perhaps you aren’t getting as much out of life as you want to. 

Something is holding you back from being totally happy. This could be excess weight or it might be a representation of something else that is stopping you from reaching your goals. A belief, an opinion or even another person. 

Perhaps you don’t feel that you deserve to be happy. 

Maybe you believe that you aren’t much fun to be around because of this thing that is burdening you. 

If this is the case, you may need to seek out some help to try and shift your thinking patterns.

If you knew the person who was giving you their organ, then it could be this very person who is giving you the lifeline in your waking hours. Perhaps your olds ways of thinking and doing things are redundant and you need to adopt new ways for going about your life- to keep up with the changes that are happening around you. You never know- you might not look back. You may have a new lease of life in a situation during your waking hours- in your relationship, in your family life, with your friends or at work and you are approaching it or someone with new enthusiasm.
