You have done a lot of the hard work and you will be able to move on soon enough.

With all that said, there is still the feeling of not being quite there yet. You still have to keep going until you can completely take your foot off the pedal.

Perhaps you know you are on the brink of moving on and you are just waiting for the time to arrive. Are you starting a new job? A new course? Moving to a new place? All these things can be attributed to dreaming about September as it’s when all classes resume, and people move away for the first time to go to university.

It’s possible that if you know about the upcoming changes- this has been your entire focus for a while and now you simply want to begin the next phase of your life.

If the dream felt negative, perhaps you aren’t ready for the changes that are about to happen. If you don’t like change anyway or you know that this change is going to be a big one- you might not want to move on.

September can also be about letting go of something- such as summertime. If this is your favourite time of year- you may be sad that it has come to a close and the winter months are drawing in. What else are you sad about being over?

September can represent getting back to normality- going back to work or back to school. This could be something you are looking forward to if your life has been erratic over the last few weeks. However, if you have enjoyed the deviation to the norm, it’s possible that this month is tinged with sadness.
