If you are a fan of therapy because you’ve had it in the past and found it to be beneficial, perhaps you need to champion something you believe in more in your waking hours. What more can you do to promote the case you have so much faith in? 

The dream might indicate something that you find therapeutic. What have you recently given up that you found to be good for your wellbeing? Perhaps you need to take this up again, especially if you miss it. 

Therapy is often defined as the treatment of mental or psychological disorders so maybe the dream is urging you to focus less on your body and spend some time and energy working on your mindset and your mental health instead. If you have neglected this for a while now because you don’t see it as being as important as your physical health, it may be prudent to view it as having just as much value. 

The common misconception is that therapy only deals with the mind but it can also relate to improvements to the body as well so if you’ve had a physical problem lately, do you need to see if there is someone who can help relieve the pain or discomfort you’ve been experiencing?
