Elijah Wood is selling the home he bought from fellow actor Dylan McDermott.
The Lord of the Rings star placed the Santa Monica, California property he bout in 1999 on the market for $1.85million (£1.2million).
The Spanish-style home was built in 1924 and comes with a guesthouse, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Due to the ongoing housing crisis, Wood won't be making much of a profit from the sale - records, obtained by the Los Angeles Times newspaper, show he bought the home for $1.45 million (£900,000) 12 years ago.
