Kevin Dillon was left red-faced at a California pet store earlier this month (Dec10) after forgetting to take his wallet when he headed out on a shopping spree.
The Entourage star was buying dog food at Hows Market in Malibu but realised he had left his money at home when he got to the cash register.
A kind-hearted customer offered to pick up his $8 (£5.30) bill but Dillon refused and promised to return with the change the following day, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
A source tells the publication, "Kevin scribbled an IOU on a piece of paper, thanked them and walked out with his Purina (pet food)."
Dillon's representative says the star told friends, "If I don't leave here with some dog food, my dogs would eat me!"
