Damian Lewis, actor who plays war veteran turned Congressman Nicholas Brody in hit US drama Homeland, fears that the writers are planning on killing his character.
The British actor fears producers are aiming to shake up the show by axing his role.
He tells UK newspaper The Guardian, "You have to sign up for a long time, then they'll kill you at their leisure. I think the writers are desperate to kill me. I'm a pain in their a**es, because Brody is quite a difficult character to write. There's a high head count on Homeland. Any one of us could get it at any point".
