Whether you watch the Super Bowl for the game, the Halftime Show, the release of a whole bunch of new trailers and commercials, or even all of those things, it's one of the biggest events of the calendar year, and this February's offering was no different!

We got a fair few new glimpses at upcoming releases to the big and small screen, so without further ado, here are all 12 of the teasers that debuted at one point or another throughout the night...

Minions: The Rise of Gru

If you've ever wondered what Gru's life was like as a younger villain-in-the-making, then the upcoming Minions movie is going to be your dream come true! Though we only got a 40-second spot at the Super Bowl, the full trailer is coming this Wednesday (February 5th, 2020), so keep your eyes peeled for a bigger and better glimpse at the chaos we should expect from the new release...

Sonic the Hedgehog

Real-life athletes became a part of the new Sonic the Hedgehog teaser, which showcased more of Jim Carrey in the role of Doctor Robotnik than we've seen up to this point. Those looking forward to finally seeing the blue ball of speed brought to life in live-action don't have much longer to wait, as Sonic the Hedgehog hits cinemas on February 14th, 2020.

Mulan

Still no Mushu... It looks like fans of the little red dragon are going to have to give up on their hopes that he would be making a surprise appearance in the live-action Mulan film, as Disney appear to be going for a more serious tone than the original animated flick. There's also a new villain on board in the form of a witch, who can shapeshift into birds of prey! It looks like a dark and sinister affair, but hopefully it's a movie that will also entertain from start to finish.

Black Widow

Precisely zero new information is given in this 30-second Super Bowl spot, but that won't harm the chances of Black Widow being a huge box office success. Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been asking for a solo movie for years now, so it's up to them to ensure it brings in big numbers when it eventually hits the big screen.

Disney+: The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, WandaVision and Loki

Marvel Cinematic Universe fans were also given a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, as well as WandaVision and Loki. All will be exclusive to Disney's streaming service, Disney+, and will likely bring in millions of subscribers who may have been sitting on the fence to this point.

Fast & Furious 9

If you thought the Fast & Furious franchise was about to show signs of slowing down, you'd be very wrong! Here, audiences got to see a split second of John Cena in front of the camera for the movie, which is bringing back a bunch of fan-favourite characters and sending them on another epic journey, that's sure to be a blockbuster hit.

Hunters

Hitting Amazon Prime Video later this month (February 21st, 2020), Hunters follows a diverse group of Nazi Hunters in 1977 New York City, who discover that hundreds of Nazis who escaped justice are living in America. Inspired by true events, the series looks like it's going to be a brutal and bloody affair, and with Al Pacino front-and-centre, who can resist?

No Time To Die

Some had fears that No Time To Die wouldn't be a perfect send-off for Daniel Craig. Fortunately, that's clearly not going to be the case. The actor has confirmed it will be his final Bond movie, and it looks like all the stops are being pulled out to ensure he's going out in style. With Rami Malek also on board to play what we assume will be the villain of the piece, it's gonna be one of the year's biggest films that glues us to our seats!

Top Gun: Maverick

Tom Cruise is back in the pilot's seat for another Top Gun film that some thought would never make it to the big screen! Maverick is being marketed as if it's the final Top Gun instalment for Cruise, so it'll be interesting to see if his character can make it to the credits in one piece, or if this really is goodbye...

A Quiet Place Part II

Following the huge success of the original movie, A Quiet Place Part II will continue the journey of the characters we met in the first outing. It looks as though it's going to be just as terrifying as ever, with deadly creatures lurking around every corner, ready to pounce. John Krasinski and Emily Blunt head up the cast and creative team.

The Invisible Man

When one man's abuse becomes too much for his wife, she decides to finally leave him behind and go it alone. After he commits suicide however, she begins to experience things that can only be described as psychotic... unless of course her husband has figured out a way to become invisible and stalk her from 'beyond the grave'. This looks like it could be one of the best thrillers of 2020!

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run

SpongeBob is back for another wild adventure, bringing Snoop Dogg and Keanu Reeves into the fray as he and Patrick go on the search for his missing pet snail, Gary. One that'll keep the whole family entertained!
