These days, we find a lot of celebrity news out through Instagram, straight from the stars themselves.

Whether it’s a pregnancy announcement, a new campaign they’re promoting, or simply an insight into their daily life - the famous faces we follow online seem to be just as active on social media as we are.

But it isn’t always easy to keep up with everything online - so every Sunday we bring you our seven best Insta pic picks so you never miss out on the A-list goings on.

Here are this week’s VIIPs (Very Important Instagram Posts!)

Britney confirms she’s all good

There’s been lots of speculation recently surrounding what’s going on in Britney’s world.

But this week she confirmed she’s doing good in a short video accompanied by a longer caption on Instagram.

Speaking to her 21 million followers, Brit said “Just checking in with all of you who are concerned about me - all is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately so I just needed time to deal. But don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon.”

So we can take a deep breath in good knowledge that the pop princess will no doubt be bouncing back stronger when she’s sorted out what she needs to. We love you, Britney!

Prince Harry’s secret talent

We didn’t need any more reasons to confirm our belief that Prince Harry really is the perfect man (handsome prince, kind-hearted and charitable, loving husband and soon-to-be-dad are just some of the ones we already know of). But this week it was revealed he is seriously skilled in some hidden talents.

Posted on the new Sussex Royal Instagram account were these eight images, all taken by the Duke of Sussex!

Today is #earthday - an opportunity to learn about, celebrate and continue to safeguard our planet, our home. The above, Their Royal Highnesses in Rotorua, New Zealand. Of the 170 different species originally planted in the early 1900’s, only a handful of species, including these majestic Redwoods, remain today. Next, we invite you to scroll through a series of 8 photos taken by The Duke of Sussex©️DOS sharing his environmental POV including: Africa’s Unicorn, the rhino. These magnificent animals have survived ice ages and giant crocodiles, amongst other things! They have adapted to earth’s changing climate continually for over 30 million years. Yet here we are in 2019 where their biggest threat is us. A critical ecosystem, Botswana’s Okavango Delta sustains millions of people and an abundance of wildlife. Huge bush fires, predominantly started by humans, are altering the entire river system; the ash kills the fish as the flood comes in and the trees that don’t burn become next year’s kindling. Desert lions are critically endangered due partly to human wildlife conflict, habitat encroachment and climate change. 96% of mammals on our 🌍 are either livestock or humans, meaning only 4% remaining are wild animals. Orca and Humpback whale populations are recovering in Norway thanks to the protection of their fisheries. Proof that fishing sustainably can benefit us all. Roughly 3/4 of Guyana is forested, its forests are highly diverse with 1,263 known species of wildlife and 6,409 species of plants. Many countries continue to try and deforest there for the global demand for timber. We all now know the damage plastics are causing to our oceans. Micro plastics are also ending up in our food source, creating not just environmental problems for our planet but medical problems for ourselves too. When a fenced area passes its carrying capacity for elephants, they start to encroach into farmland causing havoc for communities. Here @AfricanParksNetwork relocated 500 Elephants to another park within Malawi to reduce the pressure on human wildlife conflict and create more dispersed tourism. Every one of us can make a difference, not just today but everyday #earthday

These fantastic shots taken by Prince Harry were posted to mark Earth Day, highlighting all the reasons why are really need to look after our planet!

Starbucks announce they’re bringing back a classic

Starbucks lovers were left guessing the other day when it was hinted they would be bringing a certain drink back - but which?

Well, we didn’t have to wait too long to find out.

The coffee connoisseurs revealed that it was the s’mores frappuccino that would be making a return to the counter this summer.

North’s boot breakdown

Kim Kardashian frequently documents her daughter’s meltdowns on Instagram.

And the five-year-olds tantrums are usually to do with a fashion dilemma or something of similar nature.

This week it was because Kim wouldn’t let her wear her boots (which would definitely have resulted in a broken leg had she worn them out!)

We’ve all been there, North. You’ll be old enough one day - but don’t wish it away! Enjoy the jelly shoes whilst you can get away with them.

Eminem’s sobriety

This week, Eminem posted a photo to celebrate 11 years of sobriety.

11 years - still not afraid.

The rapper shared a snap of him holding the sobriety chip, acknowledging 11 years since the decision. Followers, fans and other celebrities showed support by praising him for his dedication.

An honourable mention

This one isn’t an Instagram post, but it is a photo posted on another platform of social media; Twitter. This photo went viral when people were stunned having never seen the anatomy of a female breast before.

We wanted to give this photo an honourable mention, since it’s attracted so much attention online, and surprised a lot of people. A conversation has started because of this, with many women voicing their frustration that they were never taught about their own anatomy in school.

But the Instagram post which is crowned our number one this week has to be…

Duchess Kate’s pictures of Prince Louis

Yes... it really has been a year since the Cambridges’ announced the safe delivery of Prince Louis.

The photos were posted on the Kensington Royal Instagram account, to celebrate the 1st birthday of Prince Louis. And like the Sussexs’ recent post, the photos were taken by a Royal, rather than a professional photographer.

The images, taken by Kate, show the little Prince with a huge smile playing outside.

Cuteness overload!
