These days, we find a lot of celebrity news out through Instagram, straight from the stars themselves.

Whether it’s a pregnancy announcement, a new campaign they’re promoting, or simply an insight into their daily life - the famous faces we follow online seem to be just as active on social media as we are.

But it isn’t always easy to keep up with everything online - so every Sunday we bring you our seven best Insta pic picks so you never miss out on the A-list goings on.

Here are this week’s VIIPs (Very Important Instagram Posts!)

👀 We invite you to take a sneak peek at The Duchess of Cambridge’s #RHSChelsea ‘Back to Nature’ Garden! The woodland wilderness garden aims to get people back to nature, and highlight the benefits of the natural world on our mental and physical wellbeing. Speaking ahead of @The_RHS garden unveiling, The Duchess of Cambridge said: “In recent years I have focussed much of my work on the early years, and how instrumental they are for outcomes later in life. I believe that spending time outdoors when we are young can play a role in laying the foundations for children to become happy, healthy adults.” Some features of the #ChelseaFlowerShow garden include: 1. A swing seat hanging below the garden’s centrepiece, a high platform tree house, encouraging creative play and discovery for all generations. 2. The high platform tree house is inspired by a bird or animal nest and provides a wonderful place to retreat and look out through the trees. The treehouse is made from chestnut, with hazel, stag horn oak and larch nest cladding. 3/4. The garden is aiming to inspire interaction with the natural environment through its multi-sensory, green and blue plant scheme. The garden will be filled with incredible edibles, plants for craft activities, forest scents and a diverse range of plants, shrubs and trees of different heights and textures. The garden forms part of Her Royal Highness’s ongoing work on early childhood development and her mission to support efforts that give every child the best possible start in life. The Duchess has committed to making early childhood development the focus of her work in the years to come, and believes that providing children with the opportunity to spend time outdoors can play an important role.

We learned of Kate’s secret photography talents in some uploads, and this week we found out about her love for nature and greenery.

The Palace shared this post of the Duchess’s Back to Nature garden, and a quote from the Duchess herself, saying: “In recent years I have focussed much of my work on the early years, and how instrumental they are for outcomes later in life. I believe that spending time outdoors when we are young can play a role in laying the foundations for children to become happy, healthy adults.”

Baby Archie’s tiny feet

To celebrate Duchess Meghan’s first Mother’s Day as a Mother herself, the Sussex account shared this adorable picture of the newborn Archie.

The post paid tribute to all mothers past and present, and in the caption they shared a poem by Nayyirah Waheed to commemorate the special day.

Bebe Rexha says no to photoshop

We just love it when celebs are honest about their bodies because they have such an influence on their followers.

That’s why we were so pleased to see Bebe Rexha embrace her natural beauty without feeling the need to edit anything out!

Perfectly timed on Mental Health Awareness week with a huge focus on body image, the singer smashed it with this post.

Confidence is the best thing a woman can wear, and she looked fabulous! We hope this inspires all women to love themselves for who they are - nobody should ever feel the need to edit any of their body away!

Sarah Jessica Parker responds to the press

When the National Enquirer asked for a direct response from SJP regarding a scoop on her marriage, they probably didn’t expect the response to be direct to her almost 5 and a half million Instagram followers.

The Sex and the City star took down any claims of bumps in the road regarding her marriage by saying: “Despite your endless harassment and wasted ink, we are nearing 3 decades of love, commitment, respect, family and home.

"There's your "scoop" From a "reliable source".”

She really shut them down.

Amy Schumer’s breast pumping post

Amy Schumer just keeps giving us more and more reasons to love her.

The new mother posted this picture of her in a pumping bra and got lots of appreciation from her followers, including comments like ‘OOTD’ - which stands for outfit of the day.

We agree - we’re so glad there are celebrities like Amy with a huge platform showing what it really looks like to be a mother - unedited and honest. And she totally rocks the pumping bra!

Jameela Jamil opens up about abortion

This week has seen women all over the world speaking out against the Alabama abortion ruling.

I am not here to play. @yellowfund is an organization helping girls in Alabama get abortions. Please support them and the @aclu_nationwide and @plannedparenthood to help people who aren’t ready for children, make the decision that is best for them. We deserve autonomy over our own bodies. We deserve our rights. To be moving backwards this fast is incredibly scary. If we don’t all fight together, this is going to spread across America. They are in particular going after black women, and poor women. It’s a class and race war, on top of being a gender war. We have to protect each other. Also this is still happening in Northern Ireland, follow @all4choice to support the girls there. We also have to normalize the fact that a lot of people don’t just have abortions due to emergencies. A lot of us just aren’t ready, and that should be respected. It’s a huge, expensive, life changing event. We don’t always have family support or the support of a partner. Some of us are young. Some of us are feeling mentally unstable. Some of us just aren’t maternal. Some of us want to finish school or continue on career paths. All of these things are OK. If a fetus is “god’s plan” then so are the children locked in cages at the border, the children being shot down in schools and churches, so are the homeless people, so are the gay and trans people who are raped and murdered, so are the homeless people on the street. When people start showing more compassion and empathy and protective behavior towards those who are ALIVE, then they can start daring to tell us their opinion on how we should treat the unborn. This bill is pro-birth, not pro-life. They don’t give a fuck about the baby once it’s born.

A post shared by Jameela Jamil (@jameelajamilofficial) on

The new law means that even women who have been impregnated from rape or incest won’t be allowed to have an abortion - something that has really rocked the gender equality movement.

Social media blew up this week as people highlighted how ridiculous it is that a group of men are making laws on women’s bodies and healthcare.

Jameela Jamil was vocal on her own experiences of abortion, sharing her story and emphasising why it is so important that women have the right to their own body (as if we should still even be fighting for this).

Despite it being absolutely outrageous that this is even a thing - we are so pleased that there are celebrities getting on board with this movement to normalise the conversation on abortion, and to shame those who are trying to stop females having a say on their own bodies.

But the Instagram post which is crowned our number one this week has to be…

Happy 1st wedding anniversary!

Today, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

The royal couple shared this lovely short video which shows behind the scenes photos of them on their special day.

Did we need any more reason for these two to be our favourite couple in the world? Nope. Has this video just added to the list? Obvs!

We are getting all the feels right now.
