Rekorderlig Winter Cider Cocktails
Rekorderlig Winter Cider is made with apple, cinnamon and vanilla the drink can be enjoyed heated up as alternative to mulled wine or you can create some amazing Swedish cocktails.

Winter Collins
Ingredients
• 35ml gin
• 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 80ml Rekorderlig Winter Cider
Method
Pour the gin and lemon juice into a hi-ball glass over cubed ice.
Top with cold Rekorderlig Winter Cider.
Stir well, garnish with a twist of lemon peel and serve.
Svenska Mojito
Ingredients
• 6 cranberries
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 4 mint leaves
• 35ml spiced rum
• 80ml Rekorderlig Winter Cider
Method
Muddle the cranberries in the base of a hi-ball glass.
Add the lime juice, mint leaves and rum.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with cold Rekorderlig Winter Cider.
Stir well, garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
Amareko Sour
Ingredients
• 10 rum infused raisins
• 15ml dark rum
• 10ml amaretto
• 10ml sweet and sour mix
• 200ml Rekorderlig Winter Cider
Method
Shake all the ingredients except Rekorderlig Winter Cider over cubed ice.
Pour all the contents into a hi-ball glass.
Top with the Rekorderlig Winter Cider.
Stir thoroughly and serve.
Peppar Passion Fruit
Ingredients
• 3 black peppercorns
• 10ml Chambord
• 5ml cherry juice
• 25ml passion fruit flavoured vodka
• 125ml Rekorderlig Winter Cider
Method
Add the peppercorns to a mixing glass and crush slightly.
Add all other ingredients to the glass with cubed ice and stir thoroughly until chilled.
Double strain over cubed ice into a chilled hi-ball glass and serve.
Warm Äppelpaj
Ingredients
• 25ml apple pie syrup
• 20ml sweet and sour
• 200ml hot Rekorderlig Winter Cider
Method
Build all ingredients in a hi-ball glass.
Stir and serve with a slice of apple.
