Chicken and Sage saute in mini Yorkshire puddings, by James Tanner

In the second video in this series, James shows us how to make a yummy chicken and sage saute, served with mini Yorkshire puddings. It's a great, wholesome meal to make for you and your family now the days are getting shorter and the weather's getting colder. If you want to save time and effort when you get in from a long day at work, buy shop-made Yorkshire puddings - the saute only takes ten minutes to make. 

As the saute is served with mini Yorkshire puddings, it's great either as a snack or as part of a larger meal.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 6 bone and skinless chicken thighs cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • 6 chopped sage leaves
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 100ml chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp of creme fraiche
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

You'll also need ten mini Yorkshire puddings to serve the saute with.
